The Flying Kukris usually train late August until end April at HKIEd Sports Centre. Please read the HKIEd SC FK House Rules.
Everybody please arrive for training at 9.30. We finish at noon. We are looking to split training from August 2010 so we can get more pitch time - please check back.
There are no new significant Law changes for the new season.
Don't forget U12 and Colts are invited to Fitness training at HKIEd SC at 6.30pm on Thursday evenings. All coaches are invited; feel free to try our new drills on the Colts.

Tackling is about 25% technique and about 75% self-belief and commitment. Get that first big hit in and feel the buzz of a job well done!
