The Club, Our Constitution and How You can help
The Flying Kukris rugby football club is entirely run by volunteers, mostly parents, to provide rugby training to both boys and girls from the age of 4 up to 18. We are always willing to welcome new members, both players and parents keen on supporting the Club. There's no major need to know much about rugby; merely an enthusiasm for sport. Coaching courses are available from the HK RFU. There are numerous roles available that are not directly related to coaching, so come and join us.
The annual membership fee for your first child joining the Flying Kukris is $850. The fee for any subsequent child is just $650. That fee includes the provision of the latest Flying Kukris match kit of a reversible shirt, shorts and socks and the HKRFU $50 registration fee. The HKRFU does provide insurance cover for children playing rugby at the Flying Kukris; to be covered you must be a paid-up member of the Club. No child with unpaid subsciption fees is allowed to play in either matches or tournaments. Should you wish to apply for HK Sevens tickets through the Club, you must also have paid-up membership of the Club; given the popularity of the Sevens, the Club cannot guarantee the success of any application for Sevens tickets.
The nature of the Colts tournaments inevitably means that there are late changes so make the effort to stay up to date; we really don't have time to phone round!
